Master's +30 (MA+30): $54,906 - $73,656
Master's +45 / PhD: $57,156 - $75,906

Educational Advancement Pay Increases:

BA to BA+15: +$500
BA+15 to BA+30: +$800
BA+30 to MA: +$5,000
MA to MA+15: +$1,000
MA+15 to MA+30: +$1,000
MA+30 to MA+45 / PhD: +$1,000

Longevity

Incentives:

To recognize long-term commitment to Fairfield Community School District, the following longevity bonuses are provided:
After the 2nd year of certified FCSD service:
If converting from an initial license to a standard license and returning to FCSD the following year, a one-time longevity bonus is paid in June. If the initial license is not converted until the 3rd year, a $500 bonus is paid at that time.
After the 5th year of certified FCSD service: A one-time longevity bonus is paid in June and continues at the following milestones: 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th year, and every five years thereafter.
