** About Employee Owned Brands
** Employee Owned Brands (EOB) is a holding company built on the belief that employee ownership creates stronger businesses, more engaged teams, and better outcomes for all stakeholders. Through our operating companies — including core business of Dexter Laundry, Inc., Crystal Group, Apache Stainless Equipment Corporation and Leer, Inc. — we deliver differentiated products and services across multiple industries. Our ESOP structure is not simply a benefit;
it is the foundation of our culture, our decision-making, and our long-term strategy. At EOB, our employee-owners are our competitive advantage. We look for leaders who understand the unique dynamics of an employee-owned enterprise and who can build financial frameworks that honor that culture while driving sustainable growth.##
** Position Summary
** The Chief Financial Officer serves as the senior financial leader of Employee Owned Brands, providing strategic and operational oversight across all financial functions of the holding company and its operating subsidiaries. The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO and business unit leaders to align financial strategy with enterprise objectives. This role carries accountability for General Finance, Corporate Finance (Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax & Treasury), Financial Control, Reporting, and Accounting across the EOB enterprise.
The CFO establishes and implements financial strategies while building the infrastructure and talent required to support long-term enterprise growth. Given EOB's structure, familiarity with holding company dynamics and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) financial considerations is highly valued in this role.# #
