Job Summary
Bridge Port is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Private Wealth Advisor to serve high-net-worth clients through sophisticated investment advice, comprehensive planning, and long-term relationship management. This role serves as a trusted advisor, supports business growth through client acquisition, and provides mentorship and thought leadership across the advisor team.
Key Deliverables And Responsibilities- Work directly with high-net-worth clients as their main advisor and point of contact.
- Get to know each client's goals and recommend planning strategies that fit their needs.
- Lead client meetings, explain recommendations, and answer questions clearly.
- Help clients think through investments, insurance, taxes, estate planning, and other financial priorities.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and look for opportunities to grow the business.
- Share ideas that help improve investment solutions, planning tools, and client offerings.
- Act as a resource for other advisors and provide coaching, guidance, and support.
- Stay connected with clients to build trust, strengthen relationships, and support retention.
- 10+ years of financial advisory, wealth management, or investment planning experience, including work with high-net-worth clients.
- FINRA Series 65 license or combination of Series 66 and Series 7 licenses.
- Deep expertise in investment planning, wealth management strategies, and client relationship development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead client engagements, grow assets under management, and mentor advisors.
Salary Range: Base salary plus incentive compensation. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

Work EnvironmentsThis role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs and must be willing to work this schedule.
