** Join Our Team as an RN - ER and Med Surg Night Shift!** *
* Job Description:
** - Plan and provide total patient care using the nursing process:
- Assessing - Planning - Implementing - Evaluating patient needs - Direct and guide patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel - Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice

* Qualifications:
** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Current Iowa RN license - Required certifications:
- BCLS - ACLS - PALS - TNCC - Experience preferred, but not mandatory
*
* Work Schedule:
** - Monday and Tuesday: 6 PM to 6 AM in the ER - One additional 12-hour night shift on Med/Surg each week - Pay period:
Monday through Sunday
** Employment & Health Requirements Checklist:** - Resume - Two recent employment references - Online verification of licensure or certification (with expiration date and disciplinary actions) - Copies of required certifications:
- BCLS - ACLS - PALS - TNCC - Immunizations:
- MMR (2 doses or Positive Titers) - Varicella (positive titer or 2 vaccines) - Polio - Hepatitis B Series (titer or signed declination) - Current TDaP (within 10 years) - Flu vaccination (or medical/religious exemption during Flu Season) - Negative 2-step Mantoux (within 1 year) or Quanti
FERON Gold - Proof of positive & chest x-ray if applicable - Proof of physical (within 1 year) - 10 Panel Drug Screen (within 1 month) - Respiratory Fit Test (within 1 year) - Criminal Background Check (for the last 7 years) - National &/or State Sex Offender Registry Check - GSA(EPLS) Sam.gov Check - OIG Check - Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse) - Completion of Care Learning education modules (including Mandatory Reporter if not certified)
