** Job Summary**#
** Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Workday Finance Integrations & Automation Analyst to support the Finance Department’s technology ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, supporting, and optimizing accounting systems, ensuring smooth integrations, and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data accuracy.

You will serve as a key liaison between Accounting and Technology teams, helping maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Systems Support & Operations
*** Serve as Tier 2 support for finance-related applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
* Manage user access (activations/deactivations) and respond to internal and external system inquiries
* Lead incident management for third-party applications, coordinating with IT/IS teams as needed
* Create, track, and escalate support tickets
** Integrations & Automation
*** Identify, implement, and support automation tools, AI solutions, and system integrations
* Analyze accounting processes to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements
* Support system upgrades, including testing, implementation, and communication
** Data & Process Governance
*** Ensure data integrity across financial systems and maintain system uptime
* Support compliance with IT controls and governance standards
* Develop and maintain documentation, including:  + Policies and procedures  + Training materials  + User guides
** Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
*** Act as a liaison between accounting users and technology teams
* Gather user feedback and track system performance metrics
* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights#

** Technical Skills
*** Proficiency in:  + Workday Financial application support  + Spreadsheets and macros  + Financial and accounting systems
* Familiarity with system integrations, automation tools, or AI solutions is a plus
** Education & Experience
*** Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
