Production Worker

Machine Operator

The Machine Operator's primary responsibility is to produce high quality blow molded plastic parts to meet customer specifications, in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Produce and assemble high quality blow molded parts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Competent adherence to part specific work instructions, standard work and non-standard work.
• Monitor and maintain work cell and machinery to ensure proper function and notify supervision of deviations when necessary.
• Effectively communicate production status to counterparts as needed.

Education and experience:

Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be fluent in English in this position so as to be able to read policy, and procedure and communicate as needed.

Physical demands:

The physical environment requires the employee to work in a manufacturing and office environment. The employee must have the ability to wear personal protective equipment. The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
