Job Description:
Join a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) team as a Registered Nurse (RN) working full-time nights at a hospital in Fairfield, Iowa. This is a 12-hour night shift role running 6:00pm to 6:30am, with a pay period organized Monday through Sunday and a weekly commitment of 36 hours. You’ll be responsible for delivering total nursing care using the nursing process—assessing needs, planning care, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes—while directing and guiding patient teaching and coordinating with ancillary personnel to maintain professional standards.
