• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current Iowa RN license
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
• Experience preferred, but not required
• Negative 2-step Mantoux or QuantiFERON Gold
• Proof of physical examination
• 10-panel drug screen
• Respiratory fit test
• Criminal background check
• National &/or State Sex Offender check
• GSA (EPLS) Sam.gov check
• OIG check
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse)
• Completion of Care Learning education modules
• Immunizations including MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TdAP, and Flu vaccination
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS/TNCC (preferred)
