Registered Nurse – ER, Fairfield, Iowa, United States. Travel assignment beginning 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks, with weekly pay of $2,288–$2,351 per week and 36 guaranteed hours per week. • Plan and deliver total patient care in the ER using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Administer medications, monitor effects, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Direct and guide patient teaching; coordinate with physicians, technicians, and ancillary staff
• Triage patients, monitor vital signs, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record accurately
• Support discharge planning and patient education for post-visit care
• Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards; ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

• Current Iowa RN license (active)
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
• ER experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform 12-hour night shifts in a rural ER setting
• Willingness to complete standard employment health and credentialing requirements prior to start

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week travel assignment with potential extension
• Onboarding and credentialing coordination to support a timely start
• Ongoing assignment support and access to a recruiter for the duration of the contract
