Bookkeeper - Accounting Firm

Overview

A well-established mid-sized accounting firm in Monmouth County, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join its team. This firm is known for its excellent work-life balance, low turnover, and supportive environment. This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days in office) offering stability and the opportunity to work closely with clients in a professional services setting.

• Manage client accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare financial statements for assigned clients.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and other related analyses.
• Support general bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with clients and internal staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting work.

• 3+ years of experience out of a CPA or professional services.
• Quick Books Online/Desktop a MUST.
