Job Title
Accounts Payable (A/P)
Work Requirement5 Days/Week In-Office Required (8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Full-time contract role (minimum 3 months)
Job Responsibilities- Assisting with high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion
- Process check requests
- Assist in month end closing
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Perform other duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned
- Associate's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Ability to review and organize data in Excel
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
