The Atlantic Group has partnered with a large advertising firm in Fairfield, NJ area. They have an immediate need for an Accounts Payable professional to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role that’s no less than 3 months. This company is consistently ranked one of the greatest places to work!

Job Title: Accounts Payable (A/P)

Work Requirement: 5 Days/Week In-Office Required (8:30AM-5:30PM)

• Assisting with high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion
• Process check requests
• Assist in month end closing
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Perform other duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned

• Associate's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
• Accounts payable experience
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is a plus
• Ability to review and organize data in Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
