Customer Service Representative

The American Medical Certification Association is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced allied health care team at our New Jersey headquarters. This entry level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys helping people, and communicates clearly and confidently over the phone and in writing.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
• Provide accurate information and support to candidates, test sites and colleagues
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Communicate clearly via phone, email, and internal systems
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA policies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to manage heavy call volume
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish/English preferred but not required)
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software
