Description:
The AMCA Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Fairfield, NJ. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries from candidates, schools, and partners via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about certifications, exam registration, and results. The representative will assist with troubleshooting account issues, guiding users through online portals, and escalating complex concerns when needed.
Daily tasks include documenting interactions, updating candidate records, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain strong relationships.
