We’re currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Operations team in Fairfield, NJ. If you're ready to make an impact behind the scenes and grow your career at a people‑first firm, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll play a key role in helping our business operate smoothly and effectively. Your day-to-day may include:

• Leading and overseeing all financial operations of the firm, including accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Providing financial leadership and strategic insights to executive leadership and Partners
• Directing financial planning, billing, payroll, and performance reporting processes
• Overseeing cash flow planning, banking relationships, and credit facilities
• Ensuring accurate financial close, audit coordination, and reporting compliance
• Developing KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to support decision‑making
• Strengthening financial controls, processes, and systems to support firm growth
• Supporting M&A financial diligence and post-acquisition integration activities
• Leading and developing finance team members while collaborating cross‑functionally with Operations, HR, and leadership

You’ll play a key role in helping our business operate smoothly and effectively. Your day-to-day may include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• Progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within professional services or consulting environments
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and tax oversight
• Experience supporting audits, financial integrations, or acquisition-related finance activities preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite a plus)
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
