As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a relationship-focused and service-driven Servicing Financial Advisor to join our advisory team in Fairfield, NJ.
This role is designed to support our lead advisors by helping manage and deepen client relationships, ensuring every client household receives an exceptional planning and service experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about building long‑term relationships through thoughtful financial guidance and proactive client service.
This is not a sales-driven role. There are no business development quotas or prospecting requirements. Instead, this role is focused on delivering outstanding client experience, strengthening relationships, and supporting the continued growth and scalability of the firm.
Role HighlightsAs a Servicing Financial Advisor, you will partner closely with lead advisors to help manage existing client relationships, conduct client review meetings, support financial planning initiatives, and ensure clients receive a high level of ongoing communication and care.
Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with client households
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive communication and support
- Help ensure clients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their financial planning relationship
- Deliver a high‑touch, personalized client experience aligned with the firm’s values and service standards
- Conduct client review meetings and ongoing service meetings
- Assist in preparing for meetings by reviewing client plans, account activity, and financial updates
- Collaborate with lead advisors to implement planning recommendations and follow‑up action items
- Support the ongoing delivery of financial planning strategies and wealth management solutions
- Work closely with lead advisors to help manage capacity and client service responsibilities
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure operational workflows and client requests are handled efficiently
- Maintain accurate client notes, meeting summaries, and task management within the firm’s CRM
- Contribute to a collaborative, team‑first environment focused on operational excellence and client success
- Ensure timely follow‑through on client requests, planning updates, and service needs
- Maintain organized workflows and high attention to detail across all client interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve communication, efficiency, and the overall client experience
- Stay current on firm technologies, planning strategies, and industry developments
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or client relationship management preferred
- Prior experience supporting or managing client relationships within an RIA or financial advisory environment strongly preferred
- Financial planning knowledge or advisor licensing is a plus

- Experience with CRM systems such as Wealthbox, Charles Schwab, Black Diamond or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Comfortable learning and adapting to evolving technology and planning systems
