- Ideal candidate would take over their book
- Advisors with an existing fee‑based book of business.
- Target production: $300,000–$600,000 in annual revenue.
- Seeking professionals who focus on long‑term advisory relationships.
- Advisors with a $300,000–$600,000 book:
- Approximately 60% payout.
- Sign on bonus 1% of book
- Advisors with a $500,000–$600,000 book:
- Potential payout of 67%–70%.
- Typically 30%–40% payout.
- Strong moral and ethical character.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred.
