Core Responsibilities
  • Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing transactions.
  • Provide telephone-based general and specific service-related information concerning Credit Union products, services, or policies.
  • Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints, or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.
  • Cross-sell and/or promote PSFCU products and services to current and prospective members.
  • Assist members in balancing their accounts.
  • Research account discrepancies.
  • Provide member service for online banking setup.
  • Process stop payment requests for share drafts and revoke authorization for ACH debits.
  • Accept member requests for draft copies, statement copies, account history, and tax forms.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services to ensure effective cross‑selling.
  • Provide member services to ATM, VISA, and debit card holders.
  • Open, create, and close ATM and debit card accounts.
  • Facilitate Visa card, debit card, and ATM card activation.
  • Process payments for Visa credit cards and loans.
  • Order and reorder checkbooks from Harland Clarke.
  • Open new memberships and share draft accounts over the phone.
  • Provide information regarding consumer loans, real estate loans, business loans, and VISA cards.
  • Accept credit card and vehicle loan applications.
  • Perform name and address verification for merchants with respect to Visa and debit cards.
  • Provide service and information resources for co‑workers.
  • Effectively promote Credit Union products and services through established sales and service techniques.
  • Temporarily increase credit limits on credit cards up to the maximum amount specified for this position.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as required or assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a financial institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or as a customer service representative.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software programs.
  • Ability to cross‑sell products.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Polish.
  • Preferred: zero to one year of work experience in a financial institution, but not required.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.26 per hour.
