Human Resources Manager

Fairfield, NJ (Hybrid)

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, employee relations, change management, and project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR plans, strategies, and initiatives.
  • Manage all HR policies, programs, and organizational development functions.
  • Recruit, train, and manage employee relations, organizational development, compensation, performance management, succession planning, talent management, benefits, and employee retention/development.
  • Create policies, structures, and system processes.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Provide legal guidance and coordinate performance management.
  • Resolve employee relations issues, investigations, grievances, and complaints.
  • Lead change management initiatives to foster organizational transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
  • Handle additional projects as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
    • 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
    • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
    • Ability to align HR strategies with business needs.
    • Proven implementation and execution skills.
    • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
    • Strong conflict resolution and situational assessment skills.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
