Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Phillip Jeffries, we believe beautiful design begins with passion, integrity, and connection. What started in 1976 as a small family business with just ten grasscloths in a New Jersey garage has grown into a global luxury brand offering more than 1,000 wall coverings to designers and architects around the world. Through decades of growth, our values remain the foundation of everything we do.

We are committed to craftsmanship, creativity, and delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

We're looking for a Sales Technology Business Analyst to join our expanding IT team. As a key player, you'll be instrumental in elevating our CRM Dynamics 365 application to new heights, working alongside our Business Solution Architect. This role will be based in Fairfield, NJ.

Here’s the exciting part!

  • Innovation Hub:
Dive into a role where you’ll facilitate and coordinate enhancements to our cutting-edge sales systems, making data-driven decisions using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Collaborative Ecosystem:
Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and developers to deliver top-notch solutions that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Flexibility & Convenience:
Enjoy a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote, offering the flexibility you crave.
What You’ll Be Doing Drive Business Solutions
  • You will work directly with stakeholders to understand how the business operates today — and where it needs to go tomorrow. Through interviews, data analysis, and documentation review, you’ll define requirements, clarify scope, and uncover opportunities to improve how the CRM supports sales and operational workflows.
  • Using tools such as NAV reporting, SQL, and Power BI, you’ll analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision‑making. You’ll prioritize recommendations based on business impact and feasibility, and clearly present findings and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
Turn Ideas into Working Solutions
  • You’ll serve as a key connector between the business and technical teams. This includes documenting solution designs, coordinating priorities with developers, and working with vendors to ensure work is delivered on time and as expected.
  • From early prototypes through testing and rollout, you’ll help ensure solutions meet real business needs. You’ll also create detailed rollout plans that define timelines, resources, and success metrics — setting teams up for smooth adoption.
Enable and Train Users
  • A solution is only successful if people know how to use it. You’ll identify training needs based on user roles and responsibilities and help develop training plans that support effective adoption.
  • You’ll create clear, user-friendly training materials such as guides, tutorials, videos, and reference documents, and deliver training sessions as needed. You’ll also evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve documentation and enablement resources.
Platform Customization & Administration
  • As a CRM administrator and subject matter expert, you’ll take ownership of the platform’s ongoing health and performance. You’ll manage users and permissions, ensure security best practices, and perform routine maintenance such as updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
  • You’ll customize workflows, reports, and integrations to align the platform with evolving business needs. Through reporting and usage analysis, you’ll identify opportunities to improve performance, adoption, and overall value.
Provide Second‑Level Support
  • You’ll help keep the system running smoothly by resolving assigned service requests within SLAs, investigating issues, and escalating when appropriate. You’ll document bugs, initiate change requests, and identify recurring issues that may signal process or training gaps — sharing insights with managers and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Candidate must be based in New Jersey.
  • Must have experience with cross functionally with a Sales team.
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM products with the majority of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.
