Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Phillip Jeffries, we believe beautiful design begins with passion, integrity, and connection. What started in 1976 as a small family business with just ten grass cloths in a New Jersey garage has grown into a global luxury brand offering more than 1,000 wall coverings to designers and architects around the world. Through decades of growth, our values remain the foundation of everything we do.

We are committed to craftsmanship, creativity, and delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.

We’re looking for a Sales Technology Business Analyst to join our expanding IT team. As a key player, you’ll be instrumental in elevating our CRM Dynamics 365 application to new heights, working alongside our Business Solution Architect. This role will be based in Fairfield, NJ.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive Business Solutions – Work directly with stakeholders to understand how the business operates today and where it needs to go tomorrow. Through interviews, data analysis, and documentation review you’ll define requirements, clarify scope, and uncover opportunities to improve how the CRM supports sales and operational workflows.
  • Analyze data – Use tools such as NAV reporting, SQL, and Power BI to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision‑making. Prioritize recommendations based on business impact and feasibility, and present findings and solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Turn ideas into working solutions – Serve as a key connector between the business and technical teams. Document solution designs, coordinate priorities with developers, and work with vendors to ensure work is delivered on time and as expected. From prototypes through testing and rollout you’ll help ensure solutions meet real business needs and create detailed rollout plans that define timelines, resources, and success metrics.
  • Enable and train users – Identify training needs, develop training plans, create user‑friendly materials (guides, tutorials, videos, reference documents), and deliver training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve documentation and enablement resources.
  • Platform customization & administration – As a CRM administrator and subject‑matter expert, take ownership of the platform’s ongoing health and performance. Manage users, permissions, security best practices, and routine maintenance such as updates, backups, and troubleshooting. Customize workflows, reports, and integrations to align the platform with evolving business needs and identify opportunities to improve performance, adoption, and overall value.
  • Provide second‑level support – Resolve service requests within SLAs, investigate issues, and document bugs. Initiate change requests and identify recurring issues that may signal process or training gaps and share insights with managers and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Based in New Jersey.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with a sales team.
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM products, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions.
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
  • Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform.
  • Experience designing conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects.
  • Experience with multiple full‑life‑cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience interviewing users and business owners to gather requirements and write functional specifications.
  • Ability to change directions quickly and nimbly.
