In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and based at our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm or 10:30 am–7:30 pm.

• Become a master of sampling: pick, pack, and process samples with precision, ensuring they reach their destination on time.
• Unlock the secrets of efficiency: hit internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) by streamlining processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and championing a smooth‑running fulfillment operation.
• Be the voice of positive change: share your ideas with the team and management to create an ever‑more efficient sample fulfillment system.
• Maintain a "Tour Ready" environment: keep your workspace organized and clean, ensuring everything is in top shape.
• Master every stage of sample receiving: from inbound inventory arrival through receiving, putting away, and replenishing with speed and precision.
• Embrace the power of 5S: reset your work area to the 5S standard—Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

• Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent time management.
• Previous experience in fulfillment centers is a plus.
• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

• The starting hourly rate for this role is $19.25 per hour.
