** What You’ll Do
** You’ll perform light duty work as an intermediate-level auto tech. You’ll improve your skills in a supportive environment. Other responsibilities include:
* Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
* Performautomaintenancetech duties,includingoiland filter change, fuelfilterchange, transmissionflush, spark plugs and vehicle inspection.
* Performbatterytesting, maintenance and replacement and testing and repairing of starting and charging electrical systems.
* Perform various repairs including tires,safetyinspectionsandinterior/exteriorcomponents.
* Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering and suspension systems.
* Perform an evacuation and recharge on the AC system.
* Perform maintenance on equipment.
* Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
* May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment
* Complies with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
** Who You Are
** You’re a quick learner – especially when it comes to cars and how they work. You’re a team player who always arrives at the shop ready to provide excellent work.  You also have the following qualifications:

* Required:

*** 1 or more years of related work experience.
* The ability to drive standard,automatic andelectricvehicles.
* Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required
** Preferred:
*** A high school diploma orGED
* Current ASE

Certifications:

G1, A4, A5 status when required by leadership.
