Responsible for maintaining all buildings, property, equipment, and landscaping for the site. Perform minor repairs and general maintenance on heating and air conditioning system. Conduct routine carpentry work in the repair and maintenance of buildings and offices. Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines and equipment (e.g., truck, street sweeper, riding mower). Operate snow removal equipment to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.

Ensure all equipment is working correctly and meets standards for the recon department. Keep all buildings clean, empty and clean wastebaskets and trash containers. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and comply with applicable safety rules. Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures, modeling related behaviors, and actively participating in safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor (e.g., moving furniture, unloading and storing supplies). May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.
• OR 5 years' experience in a related field.
• Safe driver needed; valid driver's license required.

Hourly base pay rate is $23.51 - $35.24/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
