Fulfillment Operations Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role in our fulfillment center for the NYC market and will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager.

The Role

Fairfield, NJ

Crafty is seeking an Operations Supervisor who will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager. The role is responsible for the day to day operations leadership for the fulfillment operations at our fulfillment center, as well as supporting our delivery associates in the field. The candidate will have the accountability for the safety, security, and quality of the fulfillment center and operations strategies to optimize efficiency and operational excellence for all elements of the role: delivery operations and fulfillment operations (warehouse inbound/outbound operations, inventory management).

A successful candidate can articulate the operational performance to internal teams with specificity to budget, critical business metrics and overall operational review.

This is a full-time, on-site role in our NYC fulfillment center, reporting directly to the Fulfillment Manager. Typical hours are Sunday 10:30AM–7:00PM and Monday through Thursday 12:30PM–9:00PM, though hours may fluctuate depending on business needs.

Ideal Experience

• 2-3 years of people leadership experience
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management
• 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role within warehouse operations or logistics

Role Goals

• Role Goal #1:
  On a monthly basis, the Operations Supervisor will report out on all defined operational metrics to leadership (fill rate, SLA compliance, safety, and cost-controls) to identify areas for optimization and implement approved tactics.
• Role Goal #2:
  In order to ensure we have clear staff expectations, KPIs and development paths, the Operations Supervisor will conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with all the direct reports, as measured by 100% completion weekly.
