Overview
This is a full-time on-site role in our fulfillment center for the NYC market and will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager.
The RoleCrafty is seeking an Operations Supervisor who will report directly to the Fulfillment Manager. The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations leadership for the fulfillment operations at our fulfillment center, as well as supporting our delivery associates in the field. The candidate will have accountability for the safety, security, and quality of the fulfillment center and operations strategies to optimize efficiency and operational excellence for all elements of the role: delivery operations and fulfillment operations (warehouse inbound/outbound operations, inventory management).
A successful candidate can articulate the operational performance to internal teams with specificity to budget, critical business metrics and overall operational review.
This is a full-time, on-site role in our NYC fulfillment center, reporting directly to the Fulfillment Manager. Typical hours are Sunday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM and Monday through Thursday 12:30 PM–9:00 PM, though hours may fluctuate depending on business needs.

- 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role within warehouse operations or logistics
- Role Goal #1:
On a monthly basis, the Operations Supervisor will report out on all defined operational metrics to leadership (fill rate, SLA compliance, safety, and cost-controls) to identify areas for optimization and implement approved tactics. - Role Goal #2:
In order to ensure we have clear staff expectations, KPIs and development paths, the Operations Supervisor will conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with all the direct reports, as measured by 100% completion weekly.- The objectives of the weekly meetings will be to ensure the operational goals of the company are being met, the staff objectives and development paths are well-defined and progressing, and the commitments to the client are met or exceeded in terms of SLA, fill rate and other external deliverables.
- Role Goal #3:
On a monthly basis, analyze route metrics and determine appropriate resource utilization (route plan, labor planning, client SLA compliance) to support the market in reaching the market’s profitability goal of 20%.

compensation: $75,000 - 85,000 per year in New Jersey. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
