Bergen Cable Technology, Inc. is seeking a full-time Cable Assembler Lead operator for the Second Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) in New Jersey. The role supervises personnel, ensures production targets are met, and manufactures finished products from sub-assemblies and components according to customer specifications and company policies.
Onboarding will include at least 30 days working on First Shift alongside the plant Assembly Manager to ensure knowledge transfer and operational alignment.
