The Warehouse Associate supports daily packaging, labeling, and production activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. • Accurately weigh, package, and label products according to company specifications and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area at all times
• Meet or exceed daily production and efficiency targets
• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and workplace policies
• Assist with inventory counts, product tracking, and basic entry as needed
• Identify and report product, material, or equipment issues to the Lead or Supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

• Prior experience in warehouse, packaging, or production environment preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Must meet all applicable employment eligibility and background requirements

This role operates in a warehouse/production setting. Noise levels and activity may vary throughout the day. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
