Join our Fairfield, NJ team as a hands-on Manufacturing Production Leader and turn great plans into great products—safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Your Impact Deliver daily output targets while upholding rigorous quality and safety standards.
Create, balance, and adapt production schedules to meet changing customer demand.
Lead, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing production team.
Partner with QA to enforce quality systems and drive corrective/preventive actions.
Collaborate with logistics and procurement to align materials, inventory, and shipments.
Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices for sustained gains.
What You’ll DoMonitor performance across laminators, coaters, slitters, and sheeters.
Adjust sequencing and staffing to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
Standardize work with MI and SOPs; reinforce GMP and safety requirements.
Mentor team members, build bench strength, and foster a positive, productive culture.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field—or commensurate manufacturing leadership experience.
Track record as a Production Manager (or equivalent) in a manufacturing environment.
Strong command of production processes and quality control practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability; fluent written and verbal communication, with Spanish language capability.
Proficiency with data analysis and production management software.
Calm under pressure; agile in a fast-paced, shifting-priority setting.
