Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:
- Review product labels for regulatory compliance
- Complete accurate test reports in Microsoft Word, transcribing information and data from various locations
- Interface with customer service and technical team to ensure testing and reporting accuracy
- Support lab operations with administrative tasks
Profile:
- Review packaging and labeling requirements for various product categories to ensure compliance
- Create clear, accurate and compliant test reports in a timely and organized manner
- Compare reports against client SOPs to confirm validity
- Collaborate with technical team and lab managers to interpret findings and ensure accuracy
- Translate technical information and shorthand into clear, concise, structured documents for laymen
- Compile and maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with lab and accreditation procedures
- Review reports for consistency, clarity, formatting, and completeness prior to approval
- Assist in job tracking and file management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific writing, or a related scientific field preferred
- Experience in a laboratory or technical writing role
- Familiarity with SOPs
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines and prioritize based on key factors
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure smooth collaboration with multiple departments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Works well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience with SharePoint and other document management systems.

CompensationThe expected salary range for this position is $21.00 to $26.00 per hour. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
