** This is a full-time, onsite, Environmental Quality Analyst 1 position located in Fairfield, NJ, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.
- 5:30 p.m.
** Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. ** SUMMARY
* * Responsible for providing and/or overseeing the analysis, administration, and oversight of standard quality policies, programs, and practices. Provides guidance, feedback, and support to employees and management using fundamental professional and technical knowledge of quality systems, equipment, testing, and procedures.
** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*** Oversee, review, complete, and process various quality forms, documents, databases, and related materials.
* Provide analysis, interpretation, and guidance to staff, management, and functional leaders regarding quality policies, programs, and practices, including support for operational improvements and change initiatives.
* Research and resolve management and employee questions related to quality requirements; assist with customer feedback investigations and coordinate appropriate responses.
* Analyze operational results, feedback, and quality data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations for management.
* Ensure accuracy of testing, equipment, procedures, operational databases, and reports through audits, reviews, and data verification activities; collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
* Assist in the development and execution of quality and cross-functional projects, including budgeting, timelines, resource planning, and project reporting.
* Interpret and apply departmental policies, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
* Contribute to departmental effectiveness by offering process improvement suggestions and actively participating on work teams.
* Promote and support the mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating professional, courteous, and cooperative behavior with customers and colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
** QUALIFICATIONS
* *** Education and Experience
*** Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Operations, or a closely related field;
** or
* ** An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
** REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
**** Required Knowledge
*** Fundamental principles, practices, and techniques of quality management.
* Administration and oversight of quality programs, policies, and procedures.
