• Advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment and store cleanliness.
• Provide in-store and digital services knowledge to drive guest adoption of capabilities and features that enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver fast, accurate service at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up, and drive up while ensuring quality.
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard and greeting guests as you complete tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and help solve specific issues using knowledge of tools, products, and store services.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment as needed. Be familiar with all fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll, activate and use them.
• Explain how to use Target Wallet and other app features to guests.
• Handle returns following policies, partnering with leaders as needed to resolve guest concerns.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience while adhering to Target policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate, fast service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours while being available to guests.
• Comply with safety policies, participate in training, and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders, and related returns; comply with applicable laws including adult beverage regulations where required.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurate handling of cash register operations and support for cash office as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet store needs.
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts, with a requirement to work at least one shift within 5 months or risk administrative termination.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Mobility for the duration of scheduled shifts.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.00 USD per hour. Pay Range / Rango salarial: $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.
