Inside Sales Assistant

Location:

Fairfield, NJ (Seppic – Air Liquide Healthcare). Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus. • Support and coordinate price agreements in the ERP system to maintain an updated pricing database.
• Act as a vital liaison among Sales Team, CSR, and Supply Team regarding stock levels, lead times, and other key requests.
• Maintain and update the contact database in CRM and manage sample requests from ULProspector/Seppic website.
• Coordinate customer complaints treatment through the Qualnet Quality Platform.
• Assist Sales during customer visits, advocating products at R&D, Procurement, and Marketing levels, collaborating with marketing and application teams.
• Grow and nurture accounts to contribute to sales revenue development.

• Sales‑mindset and/or relevant technical experience.
• Proficiency in fostering multi‑level customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills focused on team collaboration across multiple interfaces.
• Proactive, organized, flexible, and dynamic approach.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Osmosis AX).

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field.
