PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a highly motivated, relationship-driven Catering Sales Partner to help us grow our catering business throughout Northern New Jersey.

If you’re the type of person who loves meeting people, isn’t afraid to walk into businesses, and can turn conversations into long-term relationships, this opportunity offers unlimited earning potential with complete flexibility.

This is a 100% commission-based role. You earn 10% of every dollar of sales generated from the customers you bring in.

You’ll introduce PJ’s Coffee catering services to local organizations including:

• Corporate offices
• Dentists and doctors’ offices
• Schools and teachers
• Colleges and universities
• Daycares and camps
• Realtors and mortgage companies
• Banks and financial advisors
• Law firms
• Churches and nonprofits
• Fitness centers and wellness studios
• Event planners and community organizations

You’ll:

• Visit businesses and build relationships
• Drop off menus and samples
• Introduce our breakfast, lunch, coffee, and pastry catering offerings
• Follow up with prospects
• Turn first orders into recurring weekly customers
• Become the local ambassador for PJ’s Coffee

10% Commission on Every Sale Generated

Example:

• Weekly commission: $20
• Annual earnings from ONE account: $1,040

Build 50 recurring accounts and your annual earnings could exceed $50,000.

Many customers order multiple times per week or spend much more than $200 per order.

There is absolutely no cap on your earnings.

You don’t have to create marketing materials or figure things out on your own. PJ’s Coffee will provide:

• Menus and catering brochures
• Flyers and pamphlets
• Coffee samples and promotional materials
• Digital marketing assets
• Business cards
• Customized sales collateral tailored to your style and target customers
• Support and ideas to help you close more business
