Field Service Technician
Integrated Scale Systems, a supplier of industrial weighing equipment and instrumentation, is currently seeking to hire a Field Service Technician with excellent troubleshooting skills.
What You'll Do- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial weighing equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide on-site technical support and assistance to customers across multiple locations.
- Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and drawings related to industrial weighing equipment.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to a diverse clientele.
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency through ongoing training and development.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds several hundred times a day.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to the shop during the training period.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and drawings.
- Experience with PC/Windows operating systems (wireless/wired networking knowledge is a plus).
- Willingness to work overtime and travel throughout the designated regions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and unsupervised to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Standard hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
