We are a small, strong, and rapidly growing family owned and operated special needs student transportation company – we focus on transporting special needs students to and from school – our number 1 priority is student safety and parent & district satisfaction. The service we provide is unlike any other – student transportation to school, in a safe & timely manner, has a direct impact on the overall development of the student and the trajectory of their lives.
Therefore, we are looking for well‑rounded individuals who are looking to make an impact in our community and help ensure our most vulnerable students have access to an education through safe, reliable, on‑time, and professional transportation services.
We are seeking an experienced and safety‑conscious School Bus Driver (Mini Van) to join our team! As the School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the school bus while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well‑being. The ideal candidate has a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and previous experience as a bus driver or has completed bus driver training.

- Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner
- Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner
- CDL license with school bus and passenger endorsement
- DOT MED certificate
- Fingerprints & clean background check
- Positive references & consistent work history
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to follow GPS directions
