Starting Pay Range: $21+/hr (Depending on experience)

• Safely, accurately and efficiently load and unload products
• Verify products received from suppliers against packing lists
• Store products in the appropriate category shelves
• Accurately pick products based on computer‑generated pick tickets
• Determine the best method of packing products to ensure adequate protection during transit
• Use the Transportation Management System (TMS) to select the best shipping mode and freight carrier, ensuring customers receive products with the shortest lead time and the lowest transportation cost
• Use the ERP system (Epicor‑Prelude) to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies
• Make recommendations to improve processes and work environment
• Participate in large projects such as out‑of‑town warehouse expansions and physical inventory
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift experience or ability to be trained and certified to operate a forklift
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
• Data entry experience preferred
• Outlook email proficiency preferred

• Clearly and effectively communicate via email and telephone shipping related information to customers, vendors, and co‑workers
• Organize and prioritize work orders to meet shipping deadlines
• Audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping orders, paying close attention to detail
• Identify potential delays and provide effective and timely resolution or contingency plans
• Work independently with limited supervision; self‑starter
• Vendor management (preferred)

• MS Office software (preferred)
• Lift 50 lbs repeatedly (preferred)
• Computer skills (preferred)
  Billing and shipping (preferred)

• Constantly exert 10 pounds of force to move objects
• Frequently exert up to 50 pounds of force, occasionally up to 70 pounds
• Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking frequently
• Talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity
