- Plans warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse by keeping things neat and organized.
- Assists in physical inventory/ cycle count programs including inventory valuation and obsolescence reviews.
- Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
- Assures all standard packing instructions are followed.
- Coordinates workflow of picked orders with other departments.
- Assures inventory is properly preserved.
- Track and manage supplies.
- Working with carriers to ensure all customer orders are picked up daily and delivered.
- Directs the flow of' packages from preparation to shipment Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
- Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
- Operates all material handling machines, including forklift/clamp trucks.
- Receive material into the company's ERP system.
- Ensure accuracy of item description and counts for all incoming material.
- Ensure ISO: 9001:2015 goals and compliance are met.
