Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting our electrical and telecom product lines. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, team leadership, safety, and efficient material flow to support customer orders and project demands.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Oversee inventory control for electrical and telecom materials
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountability
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipments
• Coordinate with our 3PL division to schedule and manage order deliveries
• Manage and oversee the surplus team and surplus inventory operations
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Work closely with logistics, purchasing, sales, and 3PL teams to support customer and project requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits
• Resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory discrepancies
• Enforce company procedures and warehouse best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a distribution warehouse
• Experience managing inventory with hundreds (preferably thousands) of SKUs is required
• Experience in electrical, telecom, construction, or industrial distribution preferred
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees while maintaining a productive and accountable work environment.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems (Net Suite experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
