Senior Staff Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Staff Accountant located in Fairfield, OH. The Senior Staff Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, monthly general ledger reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities also include assisting with budgeting, audit coordination, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role plays a key part in supporting the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger reconciliation
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Proficiency in financial software, data analysis, and using Excel and other productivity tools
• Strong attention-to-detail skills and the ability to reconcile accounts accurately
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate financial information effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in the construction or site development industry is a plus
