Our Life Premium Accounting department seeks a supervisor. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of accounting professionals while overseeing daily premium accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and exceptional service. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Some departments at our Headquarters offer a hybrid work option that may vary depending on your role and responsibilities.

Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25 per hour. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Bring Education And Experience From
  • a high school diploma or equivalent (required); a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field (preferred)
  • at least two years of management, supervisory or team lead experience
  • experience in accounting, premium accounting, insurance operations, financial services or a related business environment
