Excess & Surplus - Compliance Underwriting Team Assistant

CSU Producer Resources Inc. is hiring an Excess and Surplus Lines Team Assistant to provide clerical support to the compliance team and underwriting assistants.

Role duties include reporting tasks that support compliance reporting processes. The pay range is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with potential annual cash bonus and individual performance incentives.

• File premium tax information to state websites
• Process and upload compliance tax reports
• Document and label compliance reports into the SharePoint system
• Send follow‑up communications to underwriting assistants to obtain required forms and information
• Perform various clerical tasks to support the compliance analyst and underwriting assistant workflow

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine tasks accurately and consistently
• Effective organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to receive feedback and direction constructively and apply it effectively
• Desire to learn quickly and follow established procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
