Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
Essential Functions
- Reviews and organizes all shipping orders, including domestic and export
- Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules
- Able to utilize shipping inventory and various office software programs
- Assist with in-house shipping and all logistic related order issues
- Maintain consistent communications between shipping and sales departments
- Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Data entry
- Analytical
- Critical thinking
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new computer systems
- Microsoft Office experience required
High School diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of administrative experience preferred
Manufacturing environment experience a plus
