B-Level Service Technician

Description

Performance Toyota Fairfield seeks a skilled and dedicated B-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automotive repair, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to precision and accuracy with Every Customer, Every Vehicle, Every Day!

Compensation: $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 (Flat Rate). Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings! $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Ask hiring manager for details). 40 Hour Week - Four 10 Hour Days, Then Off Three.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Toyota vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, providing accurate and thorough inspections.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair status and recommend additional services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety procedures and protocols.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Toyota or similar brands.
• ASE certification preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
