Our Commercial Lines Administration department is seeking a highly experienced and business-savvy Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for the Commercial Lines business unit. This strategic role is responsible for managing the full third-party lifecycle—sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management—while ensuring alignment with enterprise-level standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.

This individual will partner closely with Commercial Lines leadership and enterprise procurement functions to source and manage solutions that directly support the operation and performance of our Commercial Lines products. The ideal candidate brings deep sourcing experience within the P&C insurance industry, preferably with a focus on Commercial Lines, and has strong contract negotiation, analytical skills, and business acumen.

This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

The pay range for this position is $137,465 - $174,930 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To
  • develop and execute a category strategy tailored to Commercial Lines operations, leveraging market intelligence and spend analytics
  • lead sourcing strategy, RFI/RFP processes, vendor selection, and negotiation of contracts for Commercial Lines-related third-party engagements
  • proactively identify cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation opportunities with tier 1 suppliers
  • collaborate with Commercial Lines leadership and stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify third-party solutions that deliver measurable value
  • serve as the Commercial Lines point of contact for enterprise procurement, legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure third-party engagements
  • comply with all corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and controls
  • drive supplier performance management, including the development of SLAs, KPIs, performance scorecards, business reviews, and billing/invoice validation
  • conduct detailed data analysis to extract actionable insights from spend, usage, and performance data across multiple sources and formats
  • maintain knowledge of Commercial Lines operations, business objectives, and industry best practices to ensure procurement decisions align with enterprise objectives
Be Equipped With
  • demonstrated experience sourcing and negotiating contracts for Commercial Lines products or services
  • proven success managing supplier relationships, including performance management and dispute resolution
