Commercial Metal Roofing Supervisor
Our client, a premier commercial roofing contractor dedicated to superior craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction, is seeking a Commercial Metal Roofing Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with solid sheet metal roofing expertise to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Fairfield, OH (Onsite) | Regional Travel Required
Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Annually - Compensation is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate multiple commercial roofing crews.
- Estimate projects, take field measurements, and determine labor/material requirements.
- Represent the company at job site meetings with contractors, owners, and architects.
- Ensure projects meet manufacturer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor schedules, productivity, and project progress.
- Extensive commercial sheet metal roofing experience required.
- Proven success supervising multiple roofing crews.
- Solid leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, perform accurate takeoffs, and track project performance.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
