As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand—answering questions, solving problems, and making a difference for our customers every day.
What You'll Do- Provide outstanding service with a professional and positive attitude
- Gather and document caller information
- Resolve issues or escalated as needed
- Support your team and help create a positive environment
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Great phone presence and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Reliable attendance and flexible schedule (includes evenings & weekends)
