Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be an essential team member focused on customer service through inputting orders, client communication, work order releases, due date management, and organization. This key associate will be responsible to ensure that orders are input accurately and timely, client communication is clear and concise, and keep their work organized and detail oriented. The successful candidate will assist the Customer Service Manager with clients, customer service, and organization.

They will be in frequent communication with multiple functional groups within Operations, Purchasing, and Sales, as well as outside clients. The successful candidate will be team oriented, an excellent communicator, organized, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing their time effectively.

Part Time: 25 to 30 hours per week

Position Details
  • Manage work orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Generate BOLs for truck drivers
  • Requires detail orientation, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to keep electronic filing system current and organized
  • Utilize the WMS computer system to serve Vista customers
  • Create and generate reports for internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Working knowledge and understanding of WMS concepts
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word, Access, and WMS
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
