This role is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with both employees and clients.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a strong sense of urgency, and demonstrate exceptional reliability and professionalism. In this role, you will communicate regularly with client representatives and associates to coordinate schedules, manage attendance, provide coaching and counseling, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.

• Supervise temporary associates ensuring proper PPE
• Timeclock and reporting
• Participate in trainings
• Serve as the point of contact between our agency and client
• Administrative duties
• Perform safety inspections on a daily basis

• Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish
• Quick thinker/problem solver
• Warehouse supervisory experience necessary
• Previous staffing experience a plus
• Customer service experience a plus Reliable transportation
