What will you do?
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and construction documentation using Revit across multiple projects and disciplines.
- Produce coordinated drawings, layouts, schedules, and model deliverables in accordance with company and client standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to integrate design requirements into BIM models.
- Interpret and incorporate information from electrical design documents, including single-line diagrams, into BIM models and construction documentation.
- Apply a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industry standards to support accurate modeling and coordination of electrical systems.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection activities, helping identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Support project delivery from concept design through construction documentation and project closeout.
- Ensure BIM content, families, templates, and project files are consistently maintained and aligned with best practices.
- Assist with quality reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Revit Modeling - developing level; creating and managing detailed BIM models, drawings, and project documentation.
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) - developing level; applying BIM methodologies, standards, and workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Documentation - developing level; producing accurate construction drawings, schedules, and project deliverables.
- Model Coordination - foundational level; supporting multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes.
- Design Interpretation - developing level; translating engineering concepts into constructible BIM models.
- Attention to Detail - advanced level; ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Collaboration - developing level; working effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project partners.
- Problem Solving - developing level; identifying and resolving design and modeling issues in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a strong understanding of BIM workflows and best practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining BIM models and construction documentation in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards, design coordination processes, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering and project teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes that enhance BIM project delivery.
- Gain hands-on experience creating and coordinating BIM models across the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design through construction documentation and project closeout.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
